Loan Processor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the mortgage loan process from the initial application to closing.

• Gather and assess loan applications along with supporting documents to ensure they are complete and accurate.

• Request any outstanding information from clients and carry out comprehensive reviews.

• Acquire and confirm income, assets, credit reports, and other relevant financial data.

• Perform credit checks and verify disclosed liabilities.

• Ensure compliance of applications with Australian lending regulations and guidelines.

• Review Cashdeck for Livex and any undisclosed liabilities.

• Act as a liaison between borrowers, underwriters, mortgage aggregators, lenders, banks, and other involved parties.

• Submit applications via mortgage aggregators, monitor progress, and address any issues that arise.

• Order property valuations and manage the process from post-approval to settlement.

• Prepare and submit loan files to mortgage lenders and financial institutions.

• Follow up on applications to guarantee timely processing and approval.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist borrowers throughout the loan process.

• Conduct CCR and request any outstanding documents based on credit reports.

• Check Cashdeck or OpenBanking for undisclosed liabilities, cross-referencing them against declared Livex/HEM.

• Complete initial serviceability assessments on Quickli for PAYG/simple applications.

• Carry out pricing inquiries and product comparisons.

• Prepare AOL for submission.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Australian mortgage loan processing.

• Strong grasp of Australian mortgage lending regulations and guidelines.

• Exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational capabilities.

• Proficient in mortgage processing software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Solid understanding of mortgage underwriting processes and various loan types.

• High level of accuracy in reviewing and processing loan applications.

• Ability to efficiently address and resolve issues.

• Strong emphasis on providing outstanding client service.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Commitment to upholding confidentiality and integrity.

• Proficiency in CRM systems such as Quickli, Apply Online, Mercury, and Property Hub.

• Familiarity with mortgage aggregator platforms including AFG, Connective, SFG, or PLAN Australia.

• Must have a self-provided USB headset with noise cancellation.

• Required to have a working webcam.

• Computer must have at least a 1.5 GHz processor and a minimum of 8GB RAM.

• Main internet connection should have a speed of at least 50 Mbps cable.

• Backup internet connection must have a speed of at least 25 Mbps.

• Dual monitor setup is required.

• BIR registration and government-required contributions are necessary.

• NBI or Police Clearance must be provided.

• A government-issued ID is required.

• Must be available to work from 7 AM to 4 PM MNL time, Monday through Friday.

• An English proficiency test is mandatory.

• Comfort with system monitoring and safety tools as part of Wingman’s Cyber Security Program is necessary.

• Willingness to provide references and consent to background and qualification checks.

• Must be willing to comply with the independent contractor agreement under Singapore Law.
