This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the mortgage application process from the initial stages to final settlement.
• Support mortgage advisers in preparing, packaging, and submitting loan applications.
• Review, gather, organize, and verify documentation from clients and borrowers.
• Communicate with clients, lenders, solicitors, and other relevant parties.
• Track application progress and follow up on any outstanding conditions and requirements.
• Maintain precise client and loan information within the CRM system.
• Update application notes, milestones, and statuses in the pipeline.
• Assist with lender requirements, loan approvals, and coordinating settlements.
• Conduct checks for documentation and compliance.
• Provide mortgage advisers with regular updates on application progress.
• Ensure that applications move forward within anticipated timeframes.
• Offer general administrative and processing support to mortgage advisers.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in mortgage loan processing.
• Prior experience assisting New Zealand mortgage advisers or brokers.
• Strong comprehension of the New Zealand mortgage lending and application process.
• Practical experience with Kiwi Adviser Network.
• Familiarity with CRM and loan processing systems.
• In-depth knowledge of loan documentation and application requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Capability to manage multiple applications and prioritize effectively.
• Strong follow-up and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Availability to work from 7 AM to 4 PM MNL time, Monday through Friday.
• Willingness to fulfill BIR self-registration and provide necessary BIR tax, NBI or Police Clearance, and Government ID.
• Commitment to work under an independent contractor agreement with Philippines Resources Pte. Ltd., governed by Singapore Law.
• Capability to supply required device, internet speed, equipment, work-from-home setup, English proficiency, and personality test documentation.
• Flexible work-from-home arrangement.
• Monday to Friday work schedule.
• 40 hours of work each week.
• Access to productivity tracking and IT/security onboarding tools.
• Independent contractor agreement under Singapore Law.
• Contract support from teams in Singapore and the Philippines.
