This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Process applications for changes to name, payment, or terms.

• Oversee a pipeline of files while adhering to required timelines and protocols.

• Communicate with all relevant parties about necessary documents and deadlines, including external vendors.

• Acquire and assess documents for completeness.

• Prepare and review finalized loan packages for accuracy, as necessary, ensuring prompt delivery to specialists in accordance with departmental guidelines.

• Exhibit knowledge of and compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational procedures.

• Complete annual training on regulatory compliance.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Report directly to the Supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in loan origination processing.

• Proficient in Microsoft applications and loan servicing platforms.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

• Capable of managing complex, multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to interact positively and professionally with all levels of both internal and external audiences.

• Must successfully complete the annual regulatory compliance training.

• Ability to work in an on-site office environment or a designated, distraction-free work-from-home space.

• May be required to lift and/or move items weighing up to 25 lbs.
