📋 Description

• Participate in an extensive 3-week training program to specialize in a particular consumer lending brand.

• Manage a queue of loan applications while adhering to established quality standards.

• Handle incoming customer calls related to loan applications.

• Make outbound calls to confirm application details and request further information.

• Address customer issues via phone, email, or fax.

• Maintain customer accounts with precise and updated information.

• Previous experience in a call center is advantageous, although candidates should demonstrate a solid background in dynamic customer service settings.

• Outstanding communication and active listening abilities.

• Documented track record of professionalism and empathy in customer interactions.

• Capacity to excel in a high-volume setting.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
