Loan Originator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Identify, cultivate, and finalize agreements with potential bridge loan borrowers.

• Foster and sustain robust business relationships with borrowers.

• Gather all necessary documentation and financial information from potential borrowers.

• Report on business development and sales activities.

• Meet with both new and existing prospects.

• Assist in the creation and execution of business plans through comprehensive market and competitor analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of experience in originating bridge loans.

• A self-sourced pipeline of a minimum of $3 million per month.

• A well-established book of business.

• Proficient in Excel, Word, and basic computer skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong motivation and a proactive mindset to identify challenges, propose solutions, establish relationships, and navigate institutional decision-making.

• A collaborative approach and a team-oriented attitude.

• Critical thinking skills regarding risk assessment and the quality of originated assets.

• Capability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment while meeting deadlines.

• Ability to work independently and be self-driven with measurable outcomes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Navigator, and Teams.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
