Loan Originator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify, develop, and secure prospective bridge loan borrowers.

• Foster and sustain robust business relationships with borrowers.

• Gather all necessary documentation and financial details from potential borrowers.

• Report on business development and sales activities.

• Meet with both new and existing prospects.

• Assist in the development and implementation of business plans through comprehensive market and competitor analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of experience in originating bridge loans.

• A minimum monthly self-sourced pipeline of $3 million.

• An established book of business is required.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and basic computer functions.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• High motivation and a proactive attitude.

• Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach.

• Ability to critically assess risk and asset quality.

• Capability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while meeting set deadlines.

• Ability to work independently and achieve measurable outcomes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Navigator, and Teams.

• Authorization to work in the US is a must.
