Loan Originator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Identify, develop, and finalize prospective bridge loan clients.

• Build and sustain robust business relationships with borrowers.

• Gather all necessary documentation and financial data from potential borrowers.

• Provide reports on business development and sales activities.

• Conduct meetings with both new and existing prospects.

• Assist in creating and implementing business strategies through comprehensive market and competitor analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in originating bridge loans.

• Must maintain a self-sourced pipeline of at least $3 million per month.

• An established portfolio of business is required.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and basic computer applications.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• High level of motivation and a proactive approach are essential.

• Must demonstrate a collaborative team-player mindset.

• Strong critical thinking skills concerning risk and asset quality.

• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

• Capability to work independently and deliver measurable results.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Navigator, and Teams.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
