Loan Originator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Identify, cultivate, and secure prospective borrowers for bridge loans.

• Build and sustain robust business relationships with clients.

• Gather all necessary documentation and financial details from potential borrowers.

• Report on business development and sales activities.

• Conduct meetings with both new and existing prospects.

• Assist in the creation and implementation of business strategies through comprehensive market and competitor analysis.

• Source, evaluate, nurture, and finalize connections for various bridge loan offerings.

• Provide builders with bridge financing and collaborate with borrowers engaged in residential real estate Fix & Flip and Ground Up construction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years experience in originating bridge loans.

• A self-sourced pipeline with a minimum monthly value of $3 million.

• An established portfolio of business contacts.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and basic computer applications.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Highly motivated with a proactive approach.

• Capacity to comprehend challenges, propose solutions, foster relationships, and navigate institutional decision-making processes.

• Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.

• Strong critical thinking skills concerning risk and quality of originated assets.

• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while meeting set deadlines.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with quantifiable results.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Navigator, and Teams.

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
