Loan Originator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Identify, develop, and secure prospective borrowers for bridge loans.

• Build and sustain robust business relationships with borrowers.

• Gather necessary documentation and financial details from potential borrowers.

• Document business development and sales activities.

• Conduct meetings with new and existing prospects.

• Assist in the formulation and implementation of business strategies through comprehensive market and competitor analysis.

• Source, evaluate, nurture, and finalize relationships for various Bridge Loan programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of experience in originating bridge loans.

• A minimum self-sourced pipeline of $3 million monthly.

• An established portfolio of business relationships.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and general computer skills.

• Authorization to work in the United States is required.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• High motivation and a proactive approach to identifying problems, providing solutions, building rapport, and navigating institutional decision-making.

• A collaborative mindset for achieving tasks.

• Team-oriented attitude.

• Strong critical thinking skills concerning risk and quality of originated assets.

• Capability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while meeting set deadlines.

• Ability to work independently with self-motivation and track measurable outcomes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Navigator, and Teams.

• Relevant experience in providing builders with Bridge financing.

• Established relationships with loan borrowers engaged in residential real estate Fix & Flip and Ground Up construction.
