Loan Originator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Identify, develop, and secure prospective borrowers for bridge loans.

• Foster and sustain strong relationships with borrowers.

• Gather all necessary documentation and financial details from potential borrowers.

• Report on business development and sales activities.

• Engage with new and existing prospects through meetings.

• Assist in formulating and implementing business strategies with comprehensive market and competitor analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in originating bridge loans.

• Must maintain a self-sourced pipeline of at least $3 million monthly.

• An established book of business is required.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and basic computer applications.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• High motivation and a proactive approach are necessary.

• A team-oriented and collaborative mindset is crucial.

• Ability to critically assess risk and the quality of originated assets.

• Capability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

• Must be able to work independently and achieve measurable outcomes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Navigator, and Teams is expected.

• Authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
