Loan Originator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Identify, develop, and secure prospective bridge loan clients.

• Build and sustain robust business relationships with borrowers.

• Gather necessary documentation and financial details from potential borrowers.

• Track and report on business development and sales activities.

• Meet with both new and existing prospects.

• Assist in formulating and implementing business plans through comprehensive market and competitor analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in originating bridge loans.

• Self-sourced pipeline of at least $3 million monthly.

• An established book of business is required.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and basic computer skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Highly motivated with a proactive approach.

• Capable of understanding challenges, providing solutions, fostering relationships, and navigating institutional decision-making.

• A collaborative mindset and team-oriented attitude.

• Strong critical thinking skills concerning risk and asset quality.

• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

• Capacity to work independently and produce measurable results.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Navigator, and Teams.

• Must have authorization to work in the US.
