This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver virtual individual therapy sessions to clients throughout Texas, under the supervision of an LCSW-S.

• Perform biopsychosocial intake assessments and create tailored treatment plans.

• Ensure timely and precise clinical documentation and progress notes, co-signed by the supervising LCSW-S.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions, including CBT and trauma-informed care.

• Partner with your supervising LCSW-S and care team to enhance client outcomes and facilitate progress towards full LCSW licensure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work (MSW) from a program accredited by CSWE.

• Valid Texas LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker) license.

• Knowledge of HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation.

• Proficient English communication skills.

• Previous therapy experience, particularly in telehealth counseling, is preferred.

• Experience in conducting biopsychosocial intake assessments and formulating treatment plans.

• Strong skills in clinical documentation.

• Understanding of CBT, trauma-informed care, and other evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Spanish fluency is an advantage.
