LMHC Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical oversight and direction to associate-level therapists (LMHCAs).

• Ensure the provision of high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy services.

• Oversee compliance of supervisees with legal, ethical, and professional standards.

• Collaborate indirectly with school counselors, educators, and families through the work of supervisees.

• Assist supervisees in monitoring progress and modifying treatment plans utilizing Daybreak's resources.

• Maintain precise and timely supervisory records within the secure EHR system.

• Engage in continuous training and participate in team meetings.

• Provide support to therapists assisting students facing anxiety, depression, and stress.

• Guide therapists in fostering students' academic achievements and enhancing families' behavioral outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active, independent clinical license in North Carolina as an LMHC (mandatory).

• At least 1 year of experience in delivering clinical supervision to associate-level therapists.

• Competence in telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery methods.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Availability during afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred.

• Experience with CBT, DBT, or other similar therapeutic approaches is preferred.

• Background in educational settings or close collaboration with educational institutions is preferred.

• Possession of an active NPI number and CAQH profile is preferred.
