LMHC Associate – Fee For Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver telehealth sessions to clients located in Indiana.

• Provide empathetic, evidence-driven mental health services.

• Address issues such as depression, anxiety, couples therapy, and support a diverse clientele.

• Conduct client intakes and diagnose in accordance with the current DSM-5 under the supervision of a licensed professional.

• Establish a complete caseload within 90 days following credentialing.

• Ensure availability for a minimum of 25 sessions and maintain 30 hours of weekly availability.

• Engage with a clinical community and participate in case consultations.

• Utilize telehealth and electronic health record (EHR) technology.

• Provide outstanding care while administrative teams manage credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Provisionally licensed and actively pursuing LMHC licensure in Indiana.

• Recognized by the board as a LMHCA.

• Must be aiming for independent licensure and residing in Indiana.

• Graduate of an accredited 60-credit-hour program.

• Required graduate or post-graduate counseling experience in treating depression and anxiety.

• Preferred graduate or post-graduate experience in independently conducting intakes and diagnosing under a licensed supervisor.

• Availability for a minimum of 25 sessions and 30 hours each week.

• Willingness to work with a variety of clients, including couples and children.

• Capability to assist clients in achieving measurable progress.

• Comfortable using telehealth and EHR tools.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire.

• This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
