This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the marketing and communication initiatives for Livestock in partnership with the Livestock marketing team.
• Create promotional materials and explore digital media opportunities.
• Develop creative assets including photographs and videos.
• Implement operational efficiencies and provide support for conventions or meetings.
• Work with Livestock Marketing Communications to identify and execute initiatives outlined in the communication plan.
• Oversee tactics from conception to execution, including timelines and key milestone dates.
• Review drafts, offer constructive feedback, and manage commercial reviews.
• Design internal communication strategies for marketing tools.
• Discover opportunities to enhance Zoetis Livestock's social media profiles and online visibility.
• Set benchmarks and KPIs while improving reporting mechanisms.
• Evaluate the digital platforms of other Zoetis business units for potential synergies and alignment opportunities.
• Assist in planning conventions and events, including logistics, scheduling, event materials, sponsorships, media relations, and interviews.
• Define the scope of market research projects and prepare discussion materials.
• Support the execution of projects and communicate findings along with actionable insights.
• Present communication plans and tactical rollout recommendations to the Livestock Marketing team.
• Outline subsequent steps and actions for essential initiatives.
• Must be an undergraduate junior or higher; post-graduate students pursuing a Masters, MBA, or PhD are also encouraged to apply.
• Field of study should be in Animal Science, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Experience in Livestock is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Acrobat Pro.
• Strong attention to detail and capability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage and prioritize multiple projects, delivering high-quality results on time.
• Must show initiative, resourcefulness, accountability, a readiness to embrace challenges, and the capacity to lead change.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• All applicants must have or be able to obtain authorization to work in the US for Zoetis.
