Live-In Care Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Reside in the client's home for a predetermined duration

• Deliver exceptional, person-centered assistance

• Aid clients in maintaining safety, comfort, and independence

• Honor clients' dignity, preferences, and daily routines

• Tailor responsibilities to meet each client's unique needs

• Provide support to individuals in their residences across East Anglia

• Collaborate with diverse client groups

• Adhere to safeguarding duties, policies, codes of conduct, and ethical standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Female candidates only, due to specific personal care requirements and client preferences

• Prior experience in a caregiving environment

• Kind, patient, and respectful demeanor

• Dependable, professional, and capable of working autonomously

• Effective communicator who can adjust to varying client needs

• Dedicated to providing safe, person-centered care

• Ideally a car driver, though this is not mandatory

• Successful completion of safer recruitment checks and appropriate vetting processes

• Enhanced DBS check required

• Must not be prohibited from working in Regulated Activity with vulnerable adults

• Capability to undertake safeguarding responsibilities when engaging with children, young people, or vulnerable adults
