This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.
• Oversee employment litigation tracking systems
• Facilitate litigation holds and preservation processes
• Keep updated custodian lists and legal hold documentation
• Assist with eDiscovery and information governance efforts
• Manage matter files, timelines, and litigation-related paperwork
• Aid in the collection, organization, and production of documents
• Coordinate communications and information requests with external counsel
• Provide support for mediation, arbitration, litigation, and settlement processes
• Facilitate the review of global PSC and legal templates by local counsel
• Maintain records for severance and investigation
• Organize and preserve employment law precedent materials and template libraries
• Assist in policy implementation and template review projects
• Support HR Compliance initiatives
• Aid in employment-related due diligence activities
• Assist with integration project plans, issue tracking, and action lists
• Manage document requests and information collection
• Support employee transfer and harmonization initiatives associated with acquisitions and corporate restructuring
• Aid in employment integration efforts across various jurisdictions
• Maintain tracking systems, reporting dashboards, and project plans
• Monitor deadlines and follow-up items
• Organize meetings and ensure action items are addressed among stakeholders
• Track engagements with outside counsel and manage legal expenditure information
• Report directly to the Senior Employment Legal Counsel
• Support the global employment law function and PSC organization of the Company
• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in supporting employment/HR law and litigation
• Outstanding organizational and project management abilities
• Proficient in English
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Capability to handle multiple competing priorities simultaneously
• Ability to exercise discretion and uphold confidentiality
• Paralegal certificate (Preferred)
• Experience in supporting mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, or integration projects (Preferred)
• Background in a multinational or global organization (Preferred)
