Listing Verification Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Evaluate seller documents, such as titles and registration records, for authenticity and precision.

• Assess vehicle images, trim levels, and mileage.

• Identify issues and request necessary corrections.

• Prioritize the Submitted queue and swiftly transition qualified listings to Listed status.

• Contact U.S. sellers via call and text to verify details, intent to sell, and gather any missing information.

• Respond to basic inquiries from listed sellers regarding the auction process and subsequent steps.

• Forward complex inquiries to the listing agent for further assistance.

• Organize and tag leads within the CRM system.

• Identify potential cancellation risks.

• Conduct follow-up communications using approved scripts.

• Provide clear notes to the Listing Team for effective communication.

• Achieve daily and weekly performance targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Near-native proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

• Outstanding attention to detail with a commitment to accurate record-keeping.

• Comfortable making outbound calls and sending texts.

• Strong skills in prioritization and adaptability to learn CRM systems.

• Availability for full-time work during U.S. business hours.

• Candidates must reside in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe.

• Bonus qualifications include experience in automotive, document verification (KYC), quality assurance, data entry, or remote review.

• Shortlisted candidates will be required to participate in a brief live call to evaluate spoken English proficiency.

• Candidates will also be invited to answer a short 2-minute video question.
