Listing Health Specialist

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance the workflow for managing product content listing errors by examining trends and establishing quality standards, checkpoints, and benchmarks.

• Contribute to the improvement of listing error and suppression rates across Spreetail’s website and its marketplaces.

• Assist in conducting product content audits across various departments, particularly focusing on product content quality standards and mandatory fields by category.

• Work collaboratively with members of the product content compliance, acquisition, and copywriting teams to comprehend, anticipate, and address customer issues and requirements related to product data and content.

• Relay product content quality initiatives among stakeholders, including marketplaces, channel leads, product content strategists, content compliance, vendor management, and merchandising teams.

• Guarantee the accuracy of marketplace listings through comprehensive audits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with Amazon and/or other e-commerce platforms.

• Experience in detail-oriented, problem-solving roles.

• Exceptional task management and communication abilities.

• Proven success in developing, setting, managing, and achieving goals as part of a team.

• In-depth understanding of consumer behavior with an emphasis on customer experience.

• Capable of independently driving projects.

• Remote work capability.

• Desktop or laptop with a 4th generation or newer processor, at least an Intel i3 or equivalent.

• Minimum of 4GB RAM.

• Operating system: Windows 10 or higher, or Mac OSX.

• Dual monitor setup required.

• Reliable wired DSL, cable, or fiber internet connection with a minimum plan of 10 Mbps for primary connection.

• PC headset.

• HD external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
