This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Oversee a product roadmap for a designated region from initial concept to commercial implementation.
• Collaborate with local commercial teams on product development, launch, and achieving broad adoption.
• Execute the operational plan and meet growth targets.
• Identify and work on strategies customized to meet customer and company requirements.
• Partner with various business units to devise end-to-market strategies and guarantee comprehensive execution.
• Counsel client partners on technology-driven solutions.
• Offer business solutions to major hospital systems, GPO/IDN, and other significant business clients.
• Deliver business solutions to professionals within hospitals and laboratories.
• Evaluate business opportunities and create strategic sales plans for the assigned region.
• Build and sustain relationships with both new and existing clients in the Liquid Product Market.
• Stay informed about competitive products, services, technology solutions, and reimbursement/billing challenges in the Liquid Oncology Market.
• Provide after-sales service and seek out additional business opportunities.
• Manage assigned company assets effectively.
• Prepare and submit weekly reports, business plans, expense reports, CRM updates, and other administrative documentation.
• Achieve designated targets and objectives.
• Assist with meetings and trade shows.
• Support physicians with the ordering and interpretation of the Caris Liquid Product Platform.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 5-7 years of experience in molecular diagnostics or a related field.
• Strong understanding of oncology therapeutics, surgical oncology interventions, and molecular laboratory science.
• Familiarity with oncology biomarkers and related drug responses is highly advantageous.
• Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• General working knowledge of the internet for business purposes.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving history, dependable vehicle, and automobile insurance that complies with Caris's standards.
• Willingness to travel frequently, locally or for day trips, to meet clients and prospects in person.
• Spend 75% of time in the field engaging with clients and prospects.
• MBA is preferred.
• 5-7+ years of proven diagnostic sales experience is preferred.
• Successful completion of pre-employment processes, which include background checks, drug screening, credit check (if applicable), and reference verification.
