Linux Systems Administrator / Cloud Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage enterprise Linux servers.

• Address patching, upgrades, vulnerabilities, and ensure security compliance.

• Automate operational processes utilizing Ansible and Bash.

• Diagnose OS, application, middleware, and networking problems.

• Administer and support GCP cloud infrastructure.

• Assist with production incidents while upholding system reliability.

• Develop and sustain infrastructure for new projects and proofs of concept (POCs).

• Create technical documentation.

• Work collaboratively with Infrastructure and Security teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

• Proficient in Linux Administration with RHEL, Oracle Linux, Ubuntu, and Debian.

• Familiarity with GCP and AWS platforms.

• Experience in Bash scripting.

• Knowledge of Ansible.

• Experience in enterprise production support.

• Must be available for shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM IST.

• Capability to work 5 days a week.

• Must participate in a two-round interview process.

• Preferred: Experience with Terraform/IaC, VMware, Windows Server, Git/GitLab, Kubernetes, and AWS.
