This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Capture brand, editorial, and commercial content, including video, b-roll, audio, and photography.
• Lead solo shoots or collaborate with larger multi-person crews.
• Plan and arrange travel, accommodations, vehicle rentals, and equipment transportation.
• Create daily call sheets and manage gear manifests.
• Secure necessary permits, clearances, releases, talent waivers, and Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
• Assist with field expenses, petty cash, procurement cards, vendor quotes, and post-production invoices.
• Prepare, organize, transport, and troubleshoot camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Coordinate local crew, fixers, equipment rental houses, and catering services.
• Manage card dumps, metadata, and asset deliveries for editorial handoff.
• Assemble rough cuts or quick edits for social media as necessary.
• Collaborate with Creative Producers and onsite operational partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or equivalent practical field experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in video production, field coordination, or junior line producing.
• Demonstrated experience in on-set camera and technical operations.
• Proficiency with Sony FX/A7, Canon C-series, RED, or comparable cameras.
• A reel or portfolio showcasing shot content.
• Direct experience in securing permits, managing COIs, and obtaining releases.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, StudioBinder, Airtable, and Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Must be willing to travel to project sites as required.
