Creative Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Produce launch and product videos for new fal products, features, and model introductions.

• Manage projects from initial concept to final output, involving tasks such as conceptualization, storyboarding, screen recording, editing, motion graphics, sound design, and final touches.

• Create high-quality 30–60 second hero videos for significant launches.

• Transform launch content into concise versions suitable for Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

• Develop follow-up product demonstrations, feature highlights, model showcases, and additional post-launch video content.

• Capture and animate product UI and convert raw footage into polished, engaging demonstrations.

• Utilize generative image, video, and audio models to produce assets and integrate AI-generated content.

• Collaborate closely with product teams to comprehend launches and discover effective presentation methods.

• Quickly deliver on short timelines for launches while upholding a high standard of quality.

• Work in conjunction with marketing, product, and engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A portfolio showcasing storytelling in product or technology, motion design, UI animation, and short-form content.

• Capability to articulate individual contributions, timelines, and creative processes for chosen projects.

• Exceptional video editing skills demonstrated through a strong portfolio of product, technology, launch, or social media content.

• Proficient motion design skills, especially regarding UI, typography, and product animation.

• Ability to autonomously take a project from a rough brief to a polished final video.

• Strong visual sensibility and comprehension of pacing, sound, typography, and narrative structure.

• Capacity to deliver high-quality work in a matter of days when necessary.

• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and independently resolving challenges.

• Ability to collaborate directly with engineers and product teams.

• Knowledge of how to adapt content for various social media platforms and formats.

• Enthusiasm for generative AI and willingness to experiment with AI-generated images, videos, and audio.

• Hands-on approach to asset creation and capturing screen recordings.
