Line Function Learning Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Regularly track, evaluate, and communicate project progress with team members and stakeholders.

• Oversee learning projects by applying project management principles, processes, and tools to guarantee timely and budget-conscious delivery of intricate learning programs.

• Facilitate and drive conversations with business leaders, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to establish learning outcomes, objectives, timelines, and target audiences that align with strategic business requirements.

• Create and develop storyboards, courses, curricula, and learning materials for both synchronous and asynchronous learning initiatives.

• Develop learning assets as required for various programs.

• Craft and present audience-specific presentations, including those intended for senior leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in learning & development, instructional design, or project management, preferably within a corporate or enterprise environment.

• Proven experience in managing multiple simultaneous learning projects from initial scoping through to delivery.

• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts to convert business requirements into effective learning solutions.

• Proficient understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) as applied to learning and training programs.

• Established capability to manage scope, budget, and timelines for complex initiatives involving multiple workstreams.

• Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, or Jira.

• Expertise in instructional design models like ADDIE, SAM, or similar frameworks.

• Practical experience in developing storyboards, curricula, and learning materials for both instructor-led (ILT/VILT) and eLearning formats.

• Knowledge of authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise or Adobe Captivate and learning management systems (LMS).

• Experience in designing additional learning resources such as job aids, videos, and infographics.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize project updates into clear and concise reports for diverse audiences.

• Demonstrated capability to design and deliver presentations at the executive level.

• A consultative approach, comfortable facilitating discussions and negotiating with stakeholders regarding scope, timelines, or objectives.

• Experience in presenting to and influencing senior leadership.

• Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail, especially under tight deadlines.
