Lift Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Ensure that all projects are completed safely, punctually, within budget, and in accordance with both company and industry standards.

• Oversee project timelines, pre-start activities, deliveries, testing requirements, and site readiness from initiation to completion.

• Perform site inspections and conduct project evaluations.

• Guarantee that installation quality, subcontractor performance, and customer expectations are achieved.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Manage project expenditures and address any variations.

• Resolve issues and finalize defect resolutions.

• Ensure a successful handover process and completion of warranty obligations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with expertise in lift installations.

• Solid technical knowledge regarding lift installations, construction procedures, and building regulations.

• Familiarity with relevant Lift and Building Standards.

• NVQ3 in Installing Lifts.

• Qualification in Project Management.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proactive and customer-oriented mindset.

• Applicants must possess the appropriate right to work.
