Lift Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Safely deliver lift installation projects while adhering to timelines, budgets, and company as well as industry standards.

• Oversee project schedules, pre-start tasks, deliveries, testing requirements, and site preparedness from initiation to completion.

• Perform site inspections and project evaluations.

• Ensure the quality of installations, evaluate subcontractor performance, and meet customer expectations.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams.

• Maintain clear communication throughout the project's lifecycle.

• Manage project costs and handle variations effectively.

• Troubleshoot issues and finalize defect resolutions.

• Facilitate successful project handover and completion of warranties.

⛳️ Requirements

• NVQ3 qualification in Installing Lifts.

• Project Management certification.

• Awareness and understanding of applicable Lift and Building Standards.

• Experienced Project Manager with expertise in lift installations.

• Strong technical knowledge pertaining to lift installations, construction processes, and building regulations.

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Applicants must possess the appropriate right to work.
