This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the entire patient lifecycle from start to finish, encompassing pre-enrollment, retention, and re-engagement automations after churn.
• Establish activation KPIs and direct investment towards high-friction points in the patient experience.
• Develop production-ready campaigns, which include configuring workflows, segmenting audiences, establishing targeting logic, and crafting messages.
• Design transactional and broadcast communications for visits, in-app notifications, assessment reminders, policy updates, and feature launches.
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing across various messaging, timing, and communication channels.
• Assess, initiate, and oversee patient communication channels like push notifications and email.
• Utilize AI for campaign quality assurance, segment definitions, brief creation, reporting, and analytics.
• Manage multimedia app content projects and configure them within the CMS.
• Oversee patient-facing assessments that support care delivery, compliance, and payer reporting.
• Enhance rollout and adoption strategies for new product features.
• Establish a repeatable patient feedback program and incorporate insights into product development.
• Monitor competitors in the substance use disorder space and adjacent digital health sectors, providing recommendations for roadmap and messaging enhancements.
• A minimum of 4 years in lifecycle marketing or product marketing, ideally with experience in both areas.
• Hands-on experience managing a communications/CRM tool such as Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, or a similar platform.
• Proven experience in creating a lifecycle marketing function from scratch.
• A history of establishing and being responsible for activation or retention KPIs.
• Capability to articulate the reasons behind results rather than simply reporting them.
• Applicants must have authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.
• Experience in healthcare, regulated industries, or other compliance-sensitive environments is highly advantageous.
• A dedicated, private workspace with a lockable door and high-speed internet for managing sensitive information is required.
• Lived experience or training as a peer recovery specialist is welcomed, though not mandatory.
