This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and enhance lifecycle journeys through email, SMS, nurturing, onboarding, re-engagement, and retention efforts.
• Collaborate with Marketing and business unit leaders to gain insights into audiences, business objectives, and funnel opportunities.
• Create paid digital strategies tailored to audience demographics, objectives, funnel stages, geographical considerations, budget constraints, and performance metrics.
• Provide guidance on campaign structure, targeting, bidding strategies, budget allocation, creative direction, conversion tracking, testing, and optimization techniques.
• Construct, launch, review, and refine campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Reddit Ads, and other emerging advertising venues.
• Evaluate cross-channel performance and convert platform data into recommendations for investment, optimization, testing, and potential discontinuation.
• Stay updated on platform modifications, advertising capabilities, measurement practices, privacy regulations, and new communication channels.
• Formulate messaging and content strategies for campaigns, websites, landing pages, email journeys, and organic channels.
• Identify customer drop-off points and opportunities for enhanced messaging.
• Create or refine copy for lifecycle programs, campaigns, websites, and content focused on conversion.
• Develop segmentation strategies informed by audience behavior, lifecycle stages, interests, and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Web, Production, and business-unit Marketing teams on integrated campaigns and customer journeys.
• Experiment with subject lines, calls to action, landing page messaging, nurturing pathways, and content formats.
• Support AEO/GEO and organic content strategies for both traditional and AI-driven search efforts.
• Adapt high-performing content for use across various channels and audiences.
• Leverage AI for research, drafting, personalization, testing, content optimization, and workflow productivity.
• Monitor results, share insights, and consistently enhance Marketing programs.
• Over 5 years of experience in lifecycle, growth, digital, performance, content, or integrated Marketing.
• Practical experience in managing both lifecycle programs and paid digital campaigns.
• Proven track record in developing and optimizing lifecycle or nurture programs.
• Exceptional writing and messaging skills, capable of adapting voice and content for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in customer journey mapping, segmentation, conversion, and retention strategies.
• Solid understanding of email, CRM, Marketing automation, and campaign performance metrics.
• Practical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Experience with the structure of paid campaigns, objectives, target audiences, keyword strategies, bidding practices, budgets, placements, creative testing, remarketing, lead generation, and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with conversion tracking, attribution, pixels/tags, UTMs, platform reporting, GA4, CPM, CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and ROAS.
• Ability to convert performance data into actionable business recommendations, channel strategies, budget decisions, and testing priorities.
• Experience utilizing data to enhance content, messaging, customer journeys, and conversion rates.
• Basic knowledge of landing pages, CRO, SEO, AEO/GEO, and organic content strategies.
• Experience working collaboratively with Creative, Web, Digital, Product, and business stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills and commitment to follow-through.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift.
• An AI-native approach to research, writing, analysis, testing, personalization, and efficiency.
• Experience in K–12 education or with education-focused brands is a plus.
• Familiarity with Customer.io, HubSpot, or similar lifecycle/CRM platforms is an advantage.
• Experience with programmatic advertising or emerging digital platforms is beneficial.
• Advanced expertise in GA4, attribution, or conversion tracking is an asset.
• AEO/GEO strategy experience is advantageous.
• Experience in conversion-focused copywriting is a bonus.
• Customer research experience is favorable.
• Familiarity with monday.com or similar project management tools is a plus.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a bonus.
• Equivalent professional experience and demonstrable results will be considered in lieu of a degree.
