This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Develop intricate life-sciences reasoning challenges for AI assessment

• Construct tasks grounded in realistic experiments, biological datasets, figures, sequences, structures, and scientific evidence

• Formulate questions with clear and objectively defensible answers

• Create comprehensive expert reference answers that elucidate the necessary scientific reasoning

• Ensure tasks evaluate interpretation and synthesis rather than mere factual recall

• Confirm the validity of biological claims, calculations, assumptions, and conclusions

• Recognize ambiguity, alternative valid interpretations, and inadequately defined questions

• Design tasks that effectively distinguish advanced AI models based on their scientific reasoning capabilities

• Integrate reviewer feedback while upholding high quality and efficiency

• Clearly document tasks to ensure reproducibility where applicable

⛳️ Requirements

• PhD, postdoctoral experience, or equivalent advanced research background in the Life Sciences

• Extensive knowledge in at least one biological discipline

• Strong capability to interpret scientific experiments, data, and research outcomes

• Solid understanding of experimental design and scientific reasoning
