LLM Researcher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Leverage, enhance, and refine existing language models or create new ones tailored to specific use cases

• Transform successful prototypes into dependable, maintainable, and observable production services

• Create intelligent, automated systems that improve customer-facing applications

• Contribute to engaging, real-time commentary content for games like FIFA and NBA, as well as interactive avatars

• Collaborate with LLM frameworks, retrieval-augmented generation, and multimodal models that process both language and vision

• Partner with ML engineers, product developers, and subject matter experts

• Design systems that integrate reasoning, tool utilization, and creative content generation

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with LLMs in production settings, encompassing training, fine-tuning, inference, and tool integration

• Proven experience in building RAG-based systems and working with vector or graph databases

• Background in deploying, monitoring, and integrating these systems into broader solutions

• Deep understanding of function calling, structured output generation, and agentic reasoning workflows

• Proficient in Python and essential libraries like PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and FastAPI

• Experience in sports broadcasting or data-driven content generation is a plus

• Familiarity with multimodal LLMs and the integration of textual and visual inputs is advantageous

• Knowledge of vLLM, Triton, or DeepSpeed for efficient model serving is a bonus

• Contributions to open-source AI tools or research publications in NLP, multimodal AI, or agent systems are preferred
