Data Researcher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Utilize advanced LinkedIn search parameters and Google search techniques to identify target firms within the US legal and public accounting sectors.

• Record newly discovered corporate entities into the internal CRM following standardized data formatting guidelines.

• Conduct research to identify and map key client contacts and potential candidates within the targeted companies.

• Complete profiles with comprehensive details, including full name, verified email address, location/zip code, job title, and industry segment.

• Leverage B2B intelligence platforms such as ZoomInfo and specialized research software to enhance contact records and ensure data accuracy.

• Perform LinkedIn and CRM research to uncover qualified candidate leads.

• Synchronize data across email platforms and CRM tracking tools to facilitate outreach campaigns.

• Maintain daily and weekly output to achieve target activity metrics for database expansion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in data research, web research, market intelligence, or administrative support.

• Familiarity with B2B research and data tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or email finder applications.

• Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.

• Ability to understand complex data requirements and apply logical criteria to research workflows.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Proven track record of consistently meeting activity and volume targets.

• Practical experience with recruitment software, sales CRMs, or database management systems.

• Knowledge of or exposure to the US public accounting or legal corporate landscapes.

• Full-time availability during UK business hours.
