This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a strategic collaborator with leadership on designing business models, pricing strategies, and fostering commercial innovation.
• Proactively identify and spearhead valuable partnerships within the life sciences sector.
• Oversee cross-functional initiatives that enhance our positioning for Pharma commercial teams.
• Create and implement thought leadership initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics.
• Work together with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and value propositions.
• Assist in go-to-market planning, including market segmentation and messaging.
• Contribute to strategic planning and growth initiatives.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Pharma commercial sector.
• A robust network within Pharma marketing and/or media agencies.
• Highly analytical with a strong focus on achieving goals.
• Experience in refining business models, pricing, or commercial strategy.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Background in a fast-paced growth or startup environment.
• An MBA from a prestigious program is advantageous.
