Life Insurance Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable advisor for clients exploring final expense life insurance options.

• Perform detailed needs assessments over the phone to identify coverage objectives, budget, and health status.

• Inform clients about final expense whole life products, policy characteristics, underwriting categories, and coverage limits.

• Connect clients with the most appropriate carrier and product.

• Assist clients throughout the application and underwriting phases.

• Foster meaningful connections with seniors and their families.

• Manage a pipeline of leads provided by the company.

• Achieve or surpass individual sales targets while monitoring activities and pipelines in the CRM.

• Keep abreast of state insurance regulations, carrier protocols, and compliance standards.

• Record sales and service interactions in the CRM.

• Collaborate with managers, trainers, and team members.

• Assist with additional responsibilities and special projects as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Life & Health Insurance License (mandatory).

• 2–3 years of experience in life insurance sales; experience in final expense is highly advantageous.

• Proven ability to engage in empathetic, trust-building conversations with senior clients.

• Comfort in a phone sales environment using company-generated leads.

• Strong technical proficiency and ease in utilizing multiple systems (iOS, Salesforce, Five9, Slack preferred).

• Exceptional verbal communication skills — articulate, friendly, and consultative.

• Bilingual skills are a plus.
