Life Insurance Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable consultant for clients exploring final expense life insurance options.

• Perform comprehensive needs assessments over the phone to identify coverage objectives, financial constraints, and health backgrounds.

• Inform clients about final expense whole life products, including policy features, underwriting categories, and coverage limits.

• Align clients with the most appropriate carrier and product.

• Assist clients throughout the application and underwriting phases.

• Foster significant relationships through compassionate, solution-oriented dialogues with seniors and their families.

• Manage a steady flow of company-generated leads.

• Achieve or surpass personal sales targets while monitoring activities and pipeline in the CRM.

• Remain updated on state insurance laws, carrier policies, and compliance standards.

• Record sales and service interactions in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with managers, trainers, and team members.

• Assist with additional responsibilities and special projects as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Life & Health Insurance License (mandatory).

• 2–3 years of experience in life insurance sales; prior final expense experience is highly advantageous.

• Proven ability to engage in empathetic, trust-building discussions with senior clients.

• Comfortable operating in a phone sales setting with leads provided by the company.

• Strong technical proficiency and comfort in using multiple systems (iOS, Salesforce, Five9, Slack preferred).

• Exceptional verbal communication skills — clear, friendly, and consultative.

• Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
