Life Insurance Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable consultant for clients exploring options for final expense life insurance.

• Perform detailed needs assessments over the phone.

• Inform clients about final expense whole life products, including policy features, underwriting tiers, and coverage limits.

• Align clients with the most appropriate carrier and product.

• Assist clients throughout the application and underwriting process.

• Foster significant relationships with seniors and their families.

• Manage a steady flow of company-generated leads.

• Achieve or surpass personal sales targets while monitoring activity and pipeline in the CRM.

• Remain informed about state insurance regulations, carrier policies, and compliance standards.

• Record sales and service interactions in the CRM system.

• Work collaboratively with managers, trainers, and team members.

• Provide support for additional responsibilities and special projects as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Life & Health Insurance License (mandatory).

• 2–3 years of experience in life insurance sales; experience in final expense is highly preferred.

• Proven ability to engage in empathetic, trust-building conversations with senior clients.

• Comfortable working in a phone sales environment with leads provided by the company.

• Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with various systems (iOS, Salesforce, Five9, Slack preferred).

• Exceptional verbal communication skills — clear, approachable, and consultative.

• Bilingual skills are a plus.
