Life Insurance Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable advisor for clients exploring final expense life insurance options

• Perform detailed needs assessments over the phone to identify coverage objectives, budget, and health status

• Inform clients about final expense whole life products, including policy features, underwriting levels, and coverage amounts

• Connect clients with the most appropriate carrier and product

• Assist clients through the application and underwriting procedures

• Establish meaningful connections with seniors and their families

• Manage a steady stream of company-generated leads

• Achieve or surpass personal sales targets while monitoring activity and pipeline in the CRM

• Stay updated on state insurance regulations, carrier policies, and compliance standards

• Record sales and service activities in the CRM system

• Work collaboratively with managers, trainers, and team members

• Assist with additional tasks and special projects as required

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Life & Health Insurance License (mandatory)

• 2–3 years of experience in life insurance sales; experience with final expense is highly advantageous

• Proven ability to engage in empathetic, trust-building dialogues with senior clients

• Comfortable working in a phone sales setting with leads provided by the company

• Strong technical proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems (iOS, Salesforce, Five9, Slack preferred)

• Exceptional verbal communication skills — clear, friendly, and consultative

• Bilingual skills are a plus
