• Assist families in reviewing coverage options and applying for protection

• Facilitate applications through the underwriting process until families are fully covered

• Provide support to families seeking assistance with life insurance-backed products

• Engage in training, mentorship, and potential leadership development opportunities

• Possession of a life insurance license or a willingness to obtain one

• Access to a computer and phone to service clients

• Reliable internet connection

• Comfort working independently in a performance-driven environment

• Must be a U.S. citizen

• Demonstrates discipline and accountability

• Honest and confident in communication

• Committed to helping families make informed financial decisions

• Open to growth into leadership roles over time

• Comfortable with a 100% commission-based income structure

• Occasional travel may be necessary for in-person conferences and leadership events
