📋 Description

• Engage with warm leads to arrange appointments

• Assist families in reviewing their coverage options and applying for protection

• Facilitate applications through underwriting until families achieve full coverage

• Concentrate on assisting families who have sought help with life insurance-backed products

• Take part in training, mentorship, leadership support, conferences, and leadership events

• Possession of a life insurance license or a willingness to obtain one

• Access to a computer and phone to serve clients

• Dependable internet connection

• Ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment

• Must be a U.S. citizen

• Self-disciplined and accountable

• Honest and confident in communication

• Enthusiastic about helping families make informed financial decisions

• Open to developing into a leadership role over time

• Comfortable with a commission-only income structure

• Occasional travel may be necessary for in-person conferences and leadership events
