📋 Description

• Reach out to warm leads to arrange appointments

• Assist families in evaluating coverage choices and applying for protection

• Facilitate applications through underwriting until families are fully insured

• Provide support to families who have already sought help with life insurance-related products

• Prioritize service over cold prospecting; all leads are warm and inbound

• Possession of a life insurance license or a willingness to acquire one

• Access to a computer and phone to assist clients

• Stable internet connection

• Ability to work independently in a results-driven environment

• Must be a U.S. citizen

• Self-disciplined and accountable

• Honest and confident in communication

• Committed to helping families make informed financial choices

• Open to developing leadership skills over time

• Comfortable with a commission-only income structure

• Occasional travel may be necessary for in-person meetings and leadership events
