📋 Description

• Engage with warm leads to arrange appointments

• Assist families in evaluating coverage alternatives and applying for protection

• Facilitate applications through the underwriting process until families achieve full coverage

• Support families who have previously requested help with life insurance-backed products

• Take part in continuous training, mentorship, and leadership development

• Life insurance license or a willingness to obtain one

• U.S. citizenship is a requirement

• Must have a computer and phone to service clients

• A reliable internet connection is necessary

• Ability to work independently in a performance-oriented environment

• Comfortable with a 100% commission-based compensation structure

• Must be disciplined and accountable

• Honest and confident communication skills are essential

• Passionate about assisting families in making sound financial choices

• Willing to develop into a leadership role over time

• Occasional travel may be necessary for in-person conferences and leadership events
