• Emphasize service rather than engaging in cold calling or chasing prospects

• Possess a life insurance license or be willing to obtain one

• Have a computer and phone for client servicing

• Maintain a reliable internet connection

• Be comfortable working independently in a performance-driven environment

• Must be a U.S. citizen

• Be at ease with a 100% commission-based income structure
