• Engage with warm leads to arrange appointments

• Assist families in evaluating coverage options and applying for protection

• Provide support for applications through the underwriting process until families are completely covered

• Aid families who have previously sought assistance with life insurance-backed products

• Leverage data-driven systems and established lead generation methods to connect with potential families

• Must be a U.S. citizen

• Life insurance license or a willingness to obtain one

• Access to a computer and phone for client service

• Reliable internet connection

• Ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment

• Comfortable with income based entirely on commission

• Open to coaching and maintaining discipline

• Honest and confident in communication skills

• Passionate about assisting families in making informed financial choices

• Willingness to develop into leadership roles over time

• Occasional travel may be necessary for in-person conferences and leadership events
