• Assist students in establishing personal and attainable goals.

• Support them in developing study methods, time management, and organization skills.

• Encourage motivation, resilience, and self-confidence.

• Provide positive and personalized guidance throughout their journey.

• Conduct online life coaching sessions aimed at helping students manage academic stress, boost motivation, cultivate effective study habits, and enhance self-assurance.

• Formal coaching experience is not necessary.

• Excellent listening and communication skills.

• Genuine interest in the well-being, personal growth, and success of students.

• An empathetic, patient, and encouraging demeanor.
