This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Lead the technical direction of the team and resolve conflicts between technical approaches with architectural insight.

• Support advanced refinement alongside the PO and assist in the development of user stories.

• Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, code quality, technical debt management, and continuous improvement.

• Participate in war rooms, agile sessions, and technical alignment meetings within the team.

• Coordinate with Chapter Leaders and architects to implement engineering, data, and architectural guidelines.

• Define technical roadmaps and contribute to the technical design of the product.

• Review and approve PRs, hotfixes, and architectural changes in collaboration with solution architecture.

• Ensure the technical resources required for production, availability of environments, and management of technical dependencies.

• Monitor RUN KPIs such as availability, obsolescence, and vulnerabilities alongside the PO.

• Guide the team, encourage continuous feedback, and strengthen a culture of openness, learning, and technical excellence.

• Collaborate with PO, architects, Chapter Leaders, and stakeholders to ensure robust, sustainable deliveries aligned with corporate standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience.

• Previous experience as a frontend or backend developer with involvement in the design and construction of digital products.

• Strong knowledge of Java, best practices, clean code, hexagonal architecture, and development using the Optimus framework.

• Experience with Azure DevOps, YAML pipelines, releases, artifacts, variables, integrations, and automation.

• Practical knowledge of OpenShift 4, deployments, troubleshooting, logs, and monitoring.

• Proficiency in databases, algorithms, access patterns, transactions, and security.

• Knowledge of microservices, networking, connectivity, certificates, headers, latencies, and technical troubleshooting.

• Ability to interpret architectural blueprints and align solutions with business standards.

• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, or similar.

• Knowledge in security: OAuth2, authentication, authorization, encryption, and secret management.

• Understanding of testing strategies: test pyramid, integration, contracts, regression, and coverage.

• Familiarity with event flows, topics, partitions, offsets, and payload validation in pub/sub environments.

• Preferable experience in financial services and/or in technology operations, DevOps, or observability.
