Líder Técnico Java, SDD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead technical development teams specializing in Java.

• Design and develop solutions using Java 21 or higher along with the Spring ecosystem.

• Create hexagonal architectures, microservices, and event-driven structures.

• Design APIs with an API First approach utilizing OpenAPI / Swagger.

• Apply design patterns, SOLID principles, Clean Code, Domain Driven Design (DDD), and Test Driven Development (TDD).

• Implement and manage messaging using Apache Kafka and ActiveMQ.

• Oversee queues, partitioning, consumption, and retries.

• Work with relational and NoSQL databases, including data optimization and modeling.

• Manage OpenShift / Kubernetes environments and CI/CD pipelines.

• Utilize GitHub, Spinnaker, Grafana, and Dynatrace.

• Develop unit and integration tests.

• Integrate AI throughout the entire product lifecycle.

• Employ the SDD (Spec Driven Development) methodology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience leading teams.

• Proficiency in Java 21 or higher.

• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and Spring Data.

• Experience with hexagonal architecture and microservices architecture.

• Expertise in designing APIs with an API First approach (OpenAPI / Swagger).

• Understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and Clean Code.

• Familiarity with Domain Driven Design (DDD) and Test Driven Development (TDD).

• Experience with Apache Kafka and messaging systems like ActiveMQ.

• Knowledge of event-driven architectures and management of queues, partitioning, consumption, and retries.

• Experience with relational databases (MariaDB or others) and NoSQL (MongoDB).

• Proficiency in query optimization, indexing, scalar functions, tuning, and data modeling.

• Experience with OpenShift / Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and Spinnaker.

• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools: Grafana and Dynatrace.

• Experience with unit tests and integration tests.

• Technical focus on AI during development.

• Utilization of AI throughout the product lifecycle, from development to deployment.

• Application of the SDD (Spec Driven Development) methodology.
