This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Participate in the definition and evolution of atSistemas' global technological strategy alongside the Technological Communities.

• Lead high-value projects and services from a technical perspective.

• Ensure the quality of solutions, architectural decision-making, and risk management.

• Drive innovation through new technologies, architectures, and work methodologies.

• Technically lead Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and engage in business development initiatives.

• Evaluate technology partners, review proposals, and define unique solutions.

• Lead strategic pre-sales, support commercial actions, deliver executive presentations, and advocate solutions to clients.

• Define target architectures and digital transformation roadmaps.

• Support clients in their technological evolution processes.

• Design strategies for API management, governance of APIs, and integration solutions.

• Promote the use of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-assisted development.

• Engage in communication, training, technical marketing, and content generation.

• Collaborate with technical, commercial, and business teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Technical Leader.

• Experience in designing, estimating, managing risks, and implementing enterprise solutions in complex technological environments.

• Experience in defining and governing enterprise architectures, including microservices, reactive architectures, and event-driven systems.

• Technical leadership of multidisciplinary teams and experience with agile methodologies.

• Experience in digital transformation, technological roadmaps, and modernization of enterprise applications.

• Advanced knowledge in security, observability, and DevSecOps practices.

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Experience with containers and orchestration using Kubernetes, OpenShift, or equivalent technologies.

• Experience in integration strategies, API management, and governance.

• Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.

• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases.

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools.

• Experience in Generative Artificial Intelligence, Prompt Engineering, Context Engineering, and LLM models.

• Ability to communicate complex solutions to technical profiles, business leaders, and management.

• Positive attitude, teamwork orientation, analytical skills, and prioritization abilities.
