Líder Técnico

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Panama.

📋 Description

• Design and scale robust, maintainable, and secure software architectures for high-traffic international platforms.

• Guide and mentor the development team, promoting Clean Code, Code Reviews, TDD, and technical excellence.

• Facilitate key technological decisions by defining design patterns, frameworks, and integration standards.

• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions.

• Optimize delivery processes and continuous integration (CI/CD), reducing deployment times while ensuring system stability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 to 5 years in software development roles.

• At least 2 years as a Technical Lead or Software Architect.

• Strong proficiency in backend technologies: Java, Node.js, Python, or .NET Core.

• Experience with microservices.

• Proven experience in distributed architectures, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.

• Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and continuous integration pipelines.

• Deep understanding of Scrum/Kanban methodologies.

• Proactive and autonomous mindset.

• Assertive communication skills with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

• Collaborative work ethic and mentoring capability.
