Líder de Arquitectura de Ciberseguridad – DevSecOps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Define the roadmap and action plans for Product Security, both short-term and long-term.

• Integrate security controls throughout the development lifecycle using DevSecOps and Cloud/On-Premise architectures.

• Establish standards and evaluate the architecture of microservices, APIs, and Kubernetes containers.

• Ensure the execution of threat analysis (Threat Modeling).

• Design to prevent transactional fraud.

• Serve as a strategic counterpart to the CTO, Engineering Leaders, and Software Architects.

• Negotiate and promote the collaborative adoption of security best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 to 4+ years focused on cybersecurity/AppSec.

• Ideally, previous experience in technical leadership.

• Strong and exclusive experience in cybersecurity architecture and threat modeling (Threat Modeling).

• Experience with cloud security (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Experience in web and mobile application security.

• Knowledge of software architecture, microservices design, and Kubernetes.

• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CSSLP, or Cloud Security are desirable.

• Experience in agile environments (Scrum) and regulated fintech/banking is preferred.
