This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee all components of licensing for clinicians in accordance with state compliance and insurance regulations.
• Assist in the onboarding process for providers.
• Facilitate the expansion of services into new geographical regions.
• Navigate the requirements for multi-state clinician licensing and cross-licensing.
• Manage regulatory frameworks including IMLCC, NLC, Collaborative Practice Agreements, and DEA/Controlled Substance regulations.
• Coordinate applications, renewals, and CME tracking across multiple states.
• Directly communicate with state medical boards and government entities.
• Maintain provider databases using Google Suite.
• Address and resolve licensing discrepancies.
• Collaborate with credentialing and clinical operations teams.
• 1–3+ years of experience managing multi-state clinician licensing.
• Familiarity with State/Federal regulations, Controlled Substance/DEA rules, Collaborative Practice Agreements, and interstate compacts (IMLCC/NLC).
• Demonstrated experience coordinating with medical boards, government agencies, and internal credentialing teams.
• Experience in streamlining multi-state applications, renewals, and CME tracking.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in maintaining provider databases in Google Suite.
• Capable of resolving licensing discrepancies.
• Ability to thrive in a fully remote work setting.
• Candidates must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Candidates must physically reside within the United States.
