This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ensure precise records are maintained for active and pending licensing agreements, renewals, key deal terms, and associated information.
• Aid in the preparation, processing, and tracking of contracts, amendments, deal memos, and other licensing documentation.
• Oversee licensor line planning requirements, submission schedules, approval workflows, and deadlines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, Marketing, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure licensed programs align with contractual obligations and licensor requirements.
• Maintain digital filing systems and licensing databases, ensuring that documentation is up-to-date, organized, and ready for audits.
• Monitor milestones, deliverables, reporting obligations, and other commitments across licensing partners.
• Conduct research and competitive analysis to support current partnerships and discover new licensing opportunities.
• Assist Product Development with licensor communications, submissions, and approval coordination.
• Provide support to the VP of Business Development & Licensing with partner communications, meeting preparations, and follow-ups.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Super7’s licensing portfolio, agreements, partners, and business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance and automate licensing processes, systems, and cross-functional workflows.
• 3–5 years of experience in licensing, consumer products, entertainment, or a similar field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong focus on detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders independently with a high degree of autonomy.
• Proficient in Google Workspace; experience with databases such as AirTable or licensing/project management systems is advantageous.
• High level of discretion in handling confidential agreements and business information.
• Experience working with licensed brands and familiarity with approval processes is a significant plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate productive relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to learn about new businesses, systems, and processes.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with sound judgment on when to take ownership and when to seek input.
• A passion for pop culture, collectibles, toys, or creative brands is highly desirable.
